Premier Carriers have become a regular haulier on our project over the past 5 years. They are fully Crossrail compliant, reliable and friendly. Seldom have they been unable to provide us with a compliant vehicle – including weekends – and they have always bent over backwards when we have needed an urgent delivery or a van collection from elsewhere. Premier Carriers helped the Port of London Authority transport four Thames Waterman’s Cutters all the way to Ireland for a rowing event in Cork. Our teams were invited to take part in the Ocean to City 28km race, involving more than 200 competitors.

Premier transported the boats in double stacked, purpose-built cradles – designed to ensure safe transportation on public highways.

PLA logistics organiser and team rower Lee Walker travelled with the boats for the whole of the 850 mile round trip and found Premier staff to be both efficient and professional in their approach. The driver took utmost care and was helpful throughout the journey, and also assisted with the boat loading and unloading.

We will definitely be using Premier Carries again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
